Nature of work - What will your day look like?
- You will collect information and look for new business opportunities with Lithuanian and foreign clients;
- You will actively search for and communicate with potential clients by phone, e-mail and during live visits;
- You will present the company's services to potential partners and create unique sales offers, emphasizing the advantages of our services;
- You will prepare and conduct negotiations, seek mutually beneficial agreements and ensure their implementation.
- You will build long-term relationships with potential clients, delve into their needs and offer the most suitable business solutions.
- You will actively cooperate with internal departments to ensure a smooth integration of new clients.
- You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and, if necessary, take action to improve them.
Employee Requirements - What do we expect from you?
- At least 2 years of B2B sales and/or business development experience.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to maintain relationships with customers and meet their needs.
- Ability to properly present yourself, openness to communication, enjoyment of working with people.
- Understands how to recognize a good business opportunity and turn it into success.
- Ability to travel regularly, visit clients in Lithuania.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, English not lower than B1.
- Valid driver's license (required).
