Nature of work

Active search for new customers and maintenance of long-term relationships with existing customers.
Analysis of customer needs, preparation of commercial offers and creation of added value.
Negotiation and independent coordination of the sales process from the first contact to the implementation of the transaction.
Daily communication with customers by phone, e-mail, online/live meetings.
Implementation of sales goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting growth in sales results.

Employee requirements

At least 2 years of B2B sales and/or business development experience.
Excellent sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to maintain relationships with customers and meet their needs.
Ability to properly present yourself, openness to communication, enjoyment of working with people.
Understands how to recognize a good business opportunity and turn it into success.
Ability to travel regularly, visit clients in Lithuania.
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, English not lower than B1.
Valid driver's license (required).
