We are looking for a B2B Export Sales Manager to join our team and help grow our international customer network and expand sales of safety solutions in the industry.
This is a position for someone who loves not only selling, but also understanding customer needs, building long-term relationships and seeing the real result of their work.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Active sales of security solutions in international B2B markets (by phone, e-mail);
- Search for new potential customers and market analysis;
- Development and implementation of sales strategy in target markets;
- Organization of all stages of the sales process,
- Analysis of customer needs and proposal of the most suitable solutions;
- Providing technical consultations to existing and potential customers;
- Development and maintenance of long-term relationships with customers;
- Working with CRM system and administration of sales information;
- Cooperation with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service;
- Continuous deepening of knowledge of products and services.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience in B2B sales, negotiations and customer management (telephone sales an advantage);
- Experience in selling technical products or solutions (a big advantage);
- Ability to independently plan your work and achieve results;
- Active attitude, initiative and goal orientation;
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken) - work in English;
- Knowledge of other languages would be a big advantage (German, French, Spanish, Italian);
- Good skills in working with MS Office programs.
