STENDERS is looking for a B2B Channel Manager who will use business thinking, initiative and brand knowledge to help strengthen our international development. IF YOUR STRENGTHS ARE:
- Higher education in economics, business management, international relations or a similar field;
- Work experience in similar positions in B2B sales, business development or strategic customer management;
- Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, premium segment or pharmaceutical sectors;
- Experience working with important customers, retail chains, distribution or franchise partners;
- Ability to develop sales channels in international markets, establish new contacts and develop new sales opportunities;
- Ability to prepare high-quality cooperation proposals, presentations and materials for partners;
- Analytical thinking and ability to assess market trends, competitive environment and business results;
- Ability to achieve sales, turnover, profitability and other key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Initiative, independence and ability to make data-based decisions;
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Practical knowledge of B2B, export processes, documentation, supply chain and regulatory requirements;
- Good computer skills, experience in using MS Office and CRM systems;
- Excellent knowledge of English and the ability to work successfully in an international environment.
IF WE WOULD LIKE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR:
- Planning, management and development of STENDERS B2B sales channels, ensuring the implementation of turnover, profit and other business goals;
- Development of cooperation with existing partners and attraction of new business partners in export markets;
- Active search for new contacts, creation of a network of potential partners and transformation of cooperation opportunities into concrete results;
- Support and improvement of the use of the CRM system, ensuring effective management of customers, partners and sales opportunities;
- Analysis of export markets, competitive environment and sales results and preparation of development proposals;
- Implementation of “STENDERS” standards and ensuring compliance in the partner network;
- Sales planning, order administration, budget control and results analysis;
- Coordination of order coordination with production and supply of goods to customers;
- Coordination of activities, marketing campaigns and materials required for partners in cooperation with the marketing team;
- Administration of cooperation agreements, reports, meeting minutes and other documentation related to partners;
- Coordination of the preparation of product information, labels, translations, INCI, certificates and other materials required for the markets;
- Participation in exhibitions, presentations and business trips, representing the interests of STENDERS in the international environment.
