You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Implementing and improving the customer experience management journey;
• Implementing initiatives related to improving customer experience, increasing operational efficiency;
• Automating business experience processes, applying artificial intelligence, smart customer relationship management and other solutions;
• Preparing methodological training materials, communication related to improving customer experience, organizing and conducting training;
• Collecting, analyzing, systematizing, comparing and summarizing data related to customer experience management, providing conclusions and recommendations for initiatives.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 3,430 to EUR 5,150 (excluding taxes). A specific salary is offered based on experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
