- Plan and implement B2B marketing campaigns to attract potential customers and strengthen sales flow and analyze the results of marketing actions;
- Together with the manager and sales team, you will shape the company's visibility in the market, focused on the target audience and business growth - you will propose ideas, create a plan and see real results;
- Coordinate communication and content for different channels, ensuring consistent customer acquisition at different sales stages;
- Maintain relationships with partners and sponsors - from the first contact to long-term cooperation, in order to expand reach and attract new business contacts;
- Create and implement events that unite the e-commerce community and contribute to attracting new customers and strengthening relationships with existing customers - from idea to full hall (EcomExpo, meetings, dinners).
What we expect from you:
- You have 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales or business development and have organized larger events (~200+ participants);
- You understand how active contact (LinkedIn, email) and the principles of content creation and social networks work;
- You are able to communicate clearly and fluently in Lithuanian and fluently in English;
- You are independent and able to manage projects from idea to implementation;
- You have experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo or similar);
- You have a basic understanding of SEO, social networks, paid advertising and are able to analyze results;
- We will consider it an advantage if you have worked with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive), tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva or Figma, have marketing automation or HTML/landing page knowledge, are familiar with e-commerce or have experience in content reuse;
- You are proactive, communicative, organized, able to prioritize, stay focused and achieve results even during more intense periods.
