We are looking for a new team member in a rapidly growing beauty and health company.
We are a fast-paced, ambitious and creative team working with well-known brands: Cell Fusion C, DermapenWorld, ISOV, Arkana, Youngblood, Aimx and others.
We have several areas of activity:
💄 leading beauty and health e-store Newcrush,
💅 TikProfesionalams.lt for beauty professionals,
🌍 distribution business,
🚀 and we are developing our own private brands that are successfully entering foreign markets.
We are currently looking to strengthen the marketing team at TikProfesionalams.lt. Our goal is to provide beauty professionals with comprehensive 360° support: from innovative products and professional knowledge to training, events and daily assistance in growing their business.
This position will definitely not be monotonous - one day you will be creating content for social networks, the next you will be preparing for a photo shoot, event or new product launch. If you love social media, have a good sense of aesthetics, and don't get lost when multiple projects are going on at the same time - read on. 🚀

What will be your job?
- You will create, plan and implement content for TikProfesionalams.lt social networks;
- You will write engaging and selling texts for different communication channels;
- You will create visual content and layouts for the website and other communication tools;
- You will create and edit video content - "Reels", training videos, product presentations and other formats;
- You will create newsletter designs, prepare them for sending and manage the newsletter platform;
- You will prepare promotional materials for the press and supervise their production process;
- You will cooperate with photographers, videographers, printers and other external partners;
- You will contribute to the creation of ideas and content for photo shoots, events, conferences and trainings, and if necessary - to their organization;
- You will monitor and analyze the results of marketing campaigns and prepare their reports;
- Constantly looking for new ideas, formats and ways to grow the awareness of TikProfesionalams.lt and engage an audience of beauty professionals.
Apply If You
- Have at least 2 years of work experience in marketing, communication or content creation;
- Able to independently plan and implement social media communication;
- You write excellently in Lithuanian and know how to create not only beautiful but also selling content;
- Able to work with Canva, and experience with Adobe programs would be a great advantage;
- Able to create and edit short videos for social networks;
- Have an aesthetic sense, understand the principles of visual communication and are interested in social media trends;
- Able to manage several projects at the same time, meet deadlines and independently organize your work;
- You are proactive, creative, fast and are not afraid not only to propose ideas, but also to implement them;
- You are interested in the field of beauty or want to get to know it better;
- Able to analyze marketing results and make decisions based on them.
