We're looking for a B2B Online Customer Support Specialist who takes full ownership of the customer journey, from first inquiry to successful delivery.
This is primarily a support role, with the main focus on providing a high-quality B2B customer experience.
What you'll do:
We're looking for a B2B Online Customer Support Specialist who takes full ownership of the customer journey, from first inquiry to successful delivery.
This is primarily a support role, with the main focus on providing a high-quality B2B customer experience.
What you'll do:
- Own the full B2B order lifecycle: pre-purchase advice and information, order processing, post-purchase resolution;
- Respond to inbound B2B inquiries, guide customers to the right product, and support informed decisions;
- Manage post-order communication and follow up until issues are resolved;
- Cooperate with warehouses on delivery issues;
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the team;
- Spot opportunities to refer customers to Marketing/E-commerce for additional needs;
- Maintain GDPR compliance in all customer interactions;
- Support B2C inquiries during lower B2B volume periods.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent English language skills (knowledge of Polish, German, Dutch or French language is a plus);
- Experience in B2B customer support or order processing — B2C background considered;
- Confident with MS Office, email tools, and CS platforms (eDesk or similar);
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
