Nature of work
We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager who enjoys direct communication with customers, active visits and building long-term business relationships!
WHAT WE EXPECT:

- Active communication with existing and new customers of the company when selling personal protective equipment (working with the company's assigned business customer basket (with contacts) in the Kaunas region).
- Constantly maintaining relationships with customers, active visits with the aim of selling.
- Coordination of customer orders and debts.
- Monitoring, analyzing and responding to changes in the business environment.
- Active teamwork and providing feedback.
Employee requirements
- At least one year of work experience in selling goods by regularly visiting customers.
- Willingness to learn about the goods sold.
- Strong result orientation.
- Good argumentation and customer objection management skills.
- Ability to work independently and systematically.
- Ability to quickly master various IT systems.
- Category B driver's license.
