YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing B2B clients in the Vilnius region (personal customer basket, which is allocated about 30% of working time).
- Team empowerment, responsibility for achieving quantitative and qualitative goals in the region. (A team of six employees is planned).
- Formation of an active sales team, search and selection of new team members - together with the HR department, it will be necessary to select the missing team members.
- Setting priorities, delegating responsibilities and monitoring results.
- Constant monitoring of the target market, reaction to its changes and analysis of the competitive environment.
- Regular presentation of performance results and insights to the Sales Director.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in managing the entire B2B sales cycle.
- At least 2 years of experience in leading an active sales team.
- Experience in developing active B2B sales managers and evaluating their performance.
- Experience in managing changes and improving insufficient team results.
- Effective planning of own and team working time (visits, CRM, sales administration, debt management, etc.).
- Willingness to learn and improve (both professionally and in product knowledge).
- Driver's license.

The basic salary is determined taking into account the candidate's professional experience, competencies and their suitability for the position.
Upon achieving 100 percent of the group's half-yearly goals, a bonus of one basic monthly salary is paid. Upon exceeding the set goals, the bonus can reach up to two basic monthly salaries.
