Main responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a strategy for selling advertising services to business clients, manage sales direction and financial results;
- Maintain long-term cooperation with business clients and colleagues;
- Create, improve and supervise the department's sales-related processes;
- Ensure the department's work planning, priority management and smooth organization of activities;
- Create a work environment based on trust, which encourages independence and growth.
