🧭 What will you do?
- Actively seek new B2B clients and establish relationships with decision-makers.
- Consult with companies on electric vehicle charging infrastructure and energy storage issues.
- Manage the entire sales process - from the first contact and need clarification to the offer, negotiations and contract.
- Prepare commercial offers and present customized solutions to customers.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Collaborate with project, technical and marketing teams.
- Monitor the market, competitors and look for new sales opportunities.
- Neatly record sales activities in the CRM system and achieve agreed results.
🧩 What we expect
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in the energy sector.
- Ability to independently generate new sales contacts and opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand the client's business and offer them a value-creating solution.
- Result-oriented, proactive and responsible.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Driver's license.
