Nature of work
We are looking for someone to join the DevSlate Group team and help grow the sales direction of programming services.
We work with web, mobile, e-commerce, AI solutions and individual software projects. Our clients are both Lithuanian and foreign companies, from smaller businesses to larger organizations and institutions.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who can independently work with the entire B2B sales cycle: from prospecting and first contact to clarifying the need, coordinating the offer, negotiating and closing the deal.
Of course, in more complex technical stages and when preparing offers, you will work together with our commercial, technical and project teams. However, in the long run, we hope that the person will be able to increasingly independently manage the sales process from start to finish.

Employee requirements
We are looking for someone who loves to communicate, is not afraid to initiate a conversation and wants to grow in B2B sales.
It would be good if you had:
1-2 years of experience in B2B sales would be an advantage, but it is not the number of years that is more important, but the attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to move forward.
It would be good if you had:
- Experience in B2B sales, customer search, lead processing or active communication with business customers.
- Understanding how the B2B sales process works: lead qualification, need clarification, proposal preparation, follow-ups, negotiations and closing the sale.
- The ability not only to write the first message, but also to conduct a conversation with the customer - ask the right questions, understand the need and maintain professional communication.
- Basic understanding of IT, programming, AI or digital solutions. Technical education is not necessary, but it is important to want to understand what we sell and what value it creates for the customer.
- Independence, responsibility and the ability to work with goals.
- Fluent Lithuanian and working-level English.

Advantages (but not necessary):
It is an advantage if you have worked with:
- CRM systems, e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Monday.com or similar.
- LinkedIn outreach or other B2B lead generation tools.
- IT, AI, SaaS, e-commerce or agency services sales.
- Email automation tools.
- AI tools that help you perform sales, research or communication tasks more efficiently.
