B2B Sales Manager | Packaging Materials

Nature of work:

  • Active search for new B2B customers and sales development;
  • Maintenance of existing business customers and development of long-term partnership relationships;
  • Organizing the delivery of packaging solutions, packaging materials and related products to customers;
  • Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations and conclusion of contracts;
  • Regular visits to customers, consulting and selection of technical solutions;
  • Analysis of sales results and reporting to the sales manager;
  • Opportunity to work with foreign markets.

Employee requirements:

  • You have at least 2 years of successful B2B sales experience;
  • You have worked in the field of packaging materials, industrial packaging, adhesives, films, adhesive tapes or other materials for production;
  • You are familiar with the Lithuanian manufacturing market;
  • You are able and willing to work with e-shop clients;
  • You have experience working with large business clients (B2B);
  • You are able to independently plan work, conduct negotiations and complete the sales process;
  • You are focused on long-term relationships and high quality customer service;
  • You have a category B driver's license;
  • If you have established relationships with manufacturing, furniture, food industry or wholesale companies - we will consider this a great advantage;
  • English, Russian or Polish (at least one of them).

Salary
