Nature of work
We have an operating Furnitano showroom in Šiauliai and an existing B2B customer base. We are looking for an active, proactive sales manager who would take care of existing customers, look for new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of sales in the Šiauliai region.
The work will be dynamic - part of the time you will work at the Furnitano showroom in Šiauliai, and the other part you will go to meetings with existing and potential customers. In the showroom you will consult with customers, present products, prepare commercial offers, and during visits you will actively develop cooperation with furniture manufacturers and other business customers.

Main job functions:
- Consult B2B customers at the Furnitano showroom in Šiauliai, help them choose the most suitable products and technical solutions.
- Actively search for and attract new B2B customers - furniture manufacturers, kitchen studios and interior design companies.
- Plan and conduct visits to customers in Šiauliai and surrounding regions.
- Present products, prepare commercial offers, negotiate and ensure a successful sales process.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, increase their product basket and promote long-term cooperation.
- Renew cooperation with inactive customers.
- Supervise customer orders, consult on product selection and use.
- Independently plan your working day, combining work in the salon with outgoing meetings.
- Organize sales activities in the CRM system.
What we expect from you
- You have active B2B sales experience and are able to substantiate your achievements with specific results.
- You enjoy communicating with customers both live in the showroom and at their workplaces.
- You are able to independently search for new customers, establish contact and are not afraid of active sales.
- You know how to find out the customer's needs, present products, prepare an offer and close the sale.
- You are able to present technical products in a reasoned manner and explain their value to the customer.
- You are independent, organized, responsible and result-oriented.
- You are able to combine several activities - customer service in the showroom, order administration and active visits.
- You speak and write Lithuanian perfectly, and you know English at least at a working level.
- You have a category B driver's license.
