We are looking for an ambitious, driven and positive B2B Sales Manager who wants to grow, take initiative and achieve high results. If you enjoy active sales, negotiations and working with business clients in Lithuania and Europe - we invite you to join us!
Your main responsibilities:
· Active B2B sales: searching for new business clients in Lithuania and abroad, working with existing clients;
· Cooperation with companies that use fuel in their activities (e.g. fleets, logistics, construction, manufacturing, etc.);
· Sales of fuel cards, road tolls, VAT and excise duty refund services;
· Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations and conclusion of contracts;
· Management of the sales process from the first contact to the signing of the contract;
· Implementation of sales plans, responsibility for the result;
· Market and competitor analysis, providing insights to the team.
· Cooperation with companies that use fuel in their activities (e.g. fleets, logistics, construction, manufacturing, etc.);

What do we expect from you:
· At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales;
· Experience with fuel cards in the Lithuanian and European markets is a great advantage;
· Strong negotiation, sales and communication skills;
· Clear orientation towards results and achieving goals;
· Ability to independently plan time and manage priorities;
· Computer skills (MS Office, CRM);
· English and/or Russian spoken;
· Driver's license (Cat. B).
