Primary responsibilities
- Actively search for new customers: make calls, use LinkedIn and initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, introduce new platform functionalities.
- Negotiate contracts and effectively resolve customer issues.
What we expect from you
- Experience working in sales (B2B) (required).
- Strong telephone communication and excellent customer service skills.
- Highly motivated to delve into customer needs and find win-win solutions.
- Advantage: experience working with the Human Resources (HR) sector.
