Our story began when brothers Dovydas and Dominykas Juškiai – the future founders of “Candy POP” – spent their childhood days in the family business. Back then, they had no idea that sticking labels in a warehouse would gradually lead to the ambition of creating their own business.
Today, “Candy POP” has grown to:
A wholesale business, which includes more than 3,000 points of sale in the Baltic States;
A retail chain with more than 30 stores in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland;
International e-commerce platforms;
Candy POP business franchises.

Responsibilities of the future sales manager:
- Development and support of cooperation with existing customers in the Baltics and other European countries (specialized stores, smaller retail chains);
- Active search for new customers in Europe;
- Analysis of customer needs, market monitoring, assortment management, its development, introduction of new products;
- Preparation of commercial offers and negotiations.
We are looking for someone who:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales;
- Knowledge of the FMCG sector or export experience is an advantage;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, initiative;
- Strategic, analytical thinking;
- Excellent knowledge of English.

Salary is negotiable and depends on experience and competence. We also offer a bonus system depending on the results achieved after the probationary period.

We have a retail network of more than 30 stores, are actively developing e-commerce and wholesale business, and also offer an international Candy POP franchise. Our assortment includes selected sweets, snacks and drinks, most of which come from the USA, Asia and other exotic countries for tasters in the Baltic region.
