We are currently expanding the team of the shipment department and are looking for an active, sociable and results-oriented person who is not afraid of initiative, loves communicating with customers and would like to grow in the field of sales.

What are you going to do?
- Actively looking for new customers in Lithuania and foreign markets
- Make cold calls, e-mails and LinkedIn communication
- Present Sendversal solutions to potential customers
- Analyze customer needs and offer the most suitable logistics solutions
- Work with CRM system and oversee sales process from first contact to transaction
- Contribute to testing sales strategies and process improvement
What do we expect?
- At least 1 year of experience in sales (required)
- You are not afraid of cold calls and active communication
- You are result-oriented and have a "hunter" mindset
- You are able to independently plan work and adapt quickly
- You have good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of English
