Nature of work:
- Receiving, analyzing, registering and managing customer inquiries;
- Clarifying customer needs, technical requirements and missing information;
- Analysis of technical drawings, specifications and other information related to the inquiry;
- Coordinating the preparation and submission of commercial offers to customers;
- Communicating with Lithuanian and foreign customers, tracking offers and agreements;
- Collaborating with technologists, designers, production and other company departments;
- Preparing and transferring order information for further execution;
- Administrating customer, inquiry and project information in the ERP system “Monitor G5”;
- Working with metal production inquiries.
Requirements:
- Work experience in the field of metal, machining or structures OR mechanical engineering education is required;
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications;
- Technical thinking and ability to navigate production processes;
- Ability to independently plan work, set priorities and manage several requests at the same time;
- Ability to independently follow the progress of requests, initiate necessary actions in a timely manner and ensure the fulfillment of agreements;
- English language skills that allow you to independently communicate with customers;
- Good computer skills.
