Business Account Manager
A person who WANT and CAN grow.
If you love coffee, communication with people, are motivated by results and want to understand the technical side of service - this role is for you.
🔧 What you will do:
You will manage and analyze CRM data about customers and their needs;
You will communicate with existing (loyal) customers, consult on coffee, machine and service issues;
You will coordinate scheduled service tasks and related orders;
You will visit important customers, negotiate new or existing cooperation.
You will contribute to recurring sales and average check growth;
You will work closely in a team with your direct manager and service managers.

Employee requirements
What we expect from you:
Advantages (but not a necessity)
Experience in the field of coffee or similar technology;
Barista experience or interest in coffee;
Knowledge of Russian and/or English.
- Desire to learn, improve and achieve results;
- That you enjoy working with people and communicating;
- Experience in customer service and/or sales (new and loyal customers);
- Understanding that good service creates loyalty;
- Carefulness, thoroughness and order when working with information;
- Independence, courage and an outgoing attitude – not afraid to call, make mistakes and act;
- A solution-oriented mindset;
- Responsibility, helpfulness and adherence to agreements.
