What will you do?
- Working with the hardware team, I will plan and coordinate campaigns and customer flow initiatives from idea to implementation
- Manage and coordinate the campaign calendar, align priorities with marketing and business goals
- Work with internal teams (sales, retail, e-com, marketing, training team), ensuring a smooth flow of information
- Coordinate the creative process and solutions: work with creative agencies, designers, production partners
- Ensure the implementation and communication of campaigns in internal and external channels, points of sale
- Monitor the results and effectiveness of sales and customer flow campaigns, initiate necessary corrective actions
- Ensure that campaigns are implemented on time, with quality and within budget
What we we hope?
- Have 2-3 years of experience in project or campaign management (marketing and commercial projects)
- Have a good understanding of marketing and communication principles and their application in different channels
- You are strong in collaborating with various teams, stakeholders and partners
- Able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, priorities and quality standards
- Proactively suggest improvements or new campaign directions, based on data and insights
- You react quickly to changes, are able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Have strong data interpretation and results analysis skills, especially when assessing campaign effectiveness
- We have no doubt that you have mastered the English language - it will be needed here
