In this position, you will not only communicate with candidates - your main goal will be to help a job seeker choose the most suitable job offer and accompany him to successful employment.
Active communication with job seekers by phone, on social networks and messaging platforms;
Clarification of candidates' needs, experience, expectations and motivation;
Selection of the most suitable job offers and their attractive presentation;
Explanation of work, remuneration, living and other conditions to candidates;
Management of candidates' questions and objections, seeking an agreement on employment;
Organization and conduct of remote and live interviews;
Active search for new candidates on social networks, job portals and other channels;
Collection of candidates' CV information, contact details and documents;
Accompanying the candidate throughout the process - from the first contact to employment;
Recording accurate information, interview results and candidate statuses in the Bitrix CRM system;
Collaboration with other company departments and achieving individual B2C sales goals.

Employee requirements
Good oral and written knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is mandatory;
Excellent communication, consulting and persuasion skills;
Courage to actively communicate on the phone and initiate a conversation;
Ability to clarify human needs, manage objections and seek agreement;
Result orientation, perseverance and responsibility;
Ability to independently plan work and manage several processes simultaneously;
Good computer skills;
B2C sales, customer service, call center or employee search experience would be an advantage;
Experience working with a CRM system would be an advantage.
