B2C PRODUCT MANAGER (INNOVATION/SMART SOLUTIONS)

We are currently looking for a new team member in the Smart Solutions team. In this position, you will be responsible for the development of new and existing B2C products and have a significant impact on their direction and strategy.

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• You will manage the product lifecycle from idea to closure: identify opportunities, validate and test new ideas, shape solutions and ensure their implementation and results;
• You will develop a fast-growing Energy Smart app, in close collaboration with UX, IT, marketing and other teams;
• You will contribute to the piloting and development of a new business direction – a flexibility product;
• I will collaborate with external partners in the development of products and services;
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement in product development, changes, and outcomes.

• 3 – 5 years of experience in product or service development and management;
• Experience working with B2C products and a strong focus on creating value for the customer;
• Ability to build a team for project work and experience in managing complex projects/products;
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on data;
• Excellent English, communication and presentation skills;
• Higher university education.

An advantage would be:

• Experience in developing large-scale B2C digital products, especially mobile apps;
• Knowledge of the energy sector (in the areas of flexibility, balancing).

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 4,260 to EUR 6,380 (excluding tax). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
