Your mission
→ Handle incoming leads from marketing channels – no cold calling!
→ Consult clients by phone, email, and online, guiding them through the entire journey
→ Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close deals
→ Understand customer needs and provide expert advice before and after the sale
→ Hit and exceed your goals – because effort always pays off here

What we’re looking for
✅ Fluency in German
✅ Good English for internal communication
✅ Proven B2C or B2B sales experience (phone, email, or online)
✅ Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
✅ Experience with CRM systems – a strong plus
