Your mission
As a Sales Representative you will focus on the Portuguese market, managing inbound leads and converting them into successful projects – No cold calling , only real opportunities!
Key responsibilities include:

- Converting qualified leads into customers through phone, email, and online consultations;
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs;
- Managing inbound inquiries from potential B2C customers (no cold calling);
- Managing the full sales cycle – from first contact to closing the deal;
- Preparing commercial offers, negotiating terms, and presenting solutions;
- Understanding customer needs and providing professional consultation throughout the process
What we’re looking for
- Fluency in Portuguese;
- A results-driven mindset with the motivation to achieve sales targets;
- Strong English skills for internal communication;
- Proven B2C sales experience (phone, email, online sales);
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Experience with CRM systems is considered a strong advantage.
