We are currently strengthening the organization's IT foundation and automation direction — we want our systems to be documented, managed and developed systematically. Our environment: Microsoft 365 / SharePoint, Power Automate, e-commerce platform, document management systems and a growing automation portfolio.
We are looking for an engineer to join the technology team and, working together with the current systems architect, take over the core systems through a full knowledge transfer process — with the freedom to propose their transformations and modernization. Over time, you would grow into broader architectural and automation consulting responsibilities.
What you will do in the first 90 days:

What you will do in the first 90 days:
- Together with the team, you will familiarize yourself with the existing systems and automation architecture and begin to document it
- You will take over the first areas of system maintenance — with the full support of the current architect
- You will propose the first improvements where you see the greatest value.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document and systematize the existing IT systems and automation architecture together with the team
- Gradually take over the maintenance and development of core systems (e-commerce platform, automation workflows, document management systems)
- Write and maintain code from specification to working solution, including database connections and API design
- Formalize basic security, access control and incident management processes
- Create a common portfolio of AI and automation initiatives with clear priorities and success criteria
- Contribute to the development of a new automation service line - presenting and explaining technical solutions to customers (sales is handled by the sales team)
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and technology teams.
MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience in programming (PHP or Python or JavaScript) and the ability to independently complete a project from specification to a working result
- Practical experience with databases and API development and integration
- Version control (git) experience
- Practical experience with workflow automation tools (e.g. N8N, Power Automate) or similar
- Ability to communicate with the business team and understand business processes, not just the technical task
- Independence, initiative and ability to work with ambiguity
- Lithuanian (native/fluent) and working English
