Job description
Role: Experienced Backlink Manager
Schedule: 40 hrs/week. Full time availability with flexible hours.
We’re looking for someone with strong SEO experience who’s ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll manage and guide our current backlink builders, choose best backlink anchors, oversee quality control, and make strategic decisions that directly impact SEO results. Prior experience is required going into the role. Basic internal training and support are included.
This role is remote-first and results-driven. As long as your targets are met and you’re available for a few hours of daily communication, your time is your own.

Review and approve backlink opportunities using our proven systems
Ensure monthly backlink quotas are hit
Hire, guide, and communicate with backlink builders and vendors.
Track link statuses and manage budgets
Continuously improve processes and outcomes
+ bonus: outreach, build backlinks directly, and earn commission on backlink sales
