Are you looking for a job where every day is different and full of new challenges? UAB "Baltic Ground Services" (BGS) luggage search agents team is looking for you - a friendly and proactive person who would like to help passengers recover their lost luggage and ensure that their experience is smooth. Become part of our team and contribute to improving the passenger experience while growing and developing in a dynamic work environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Search for lost luggage during the flight.
  • Assistance to passengers for lost/damaged luggage.
  • Working with the baggage search system.
  • Registration and administration of passenger claims.
  • Confidence of arriving aircraft and escort of passengers.
  • Found baggage preparation for return.

In order for you to succeed, you will need:

  • Knowledge of the English language (at least B2 level).
  • Possibilities to work in shifts (day and night) work schedule.
  • Experience in customer service (advantage).
  • Willingness to grow, learn and improve.
