Nature of work
Organizing the work of the furniture production department and coordinating daily production processes, ensuring the implementation of production plans, distribution of work, compliance with quality, deadlines and occupational safety requirements, efficient use of resources and smooth team work.
Main responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate the daily work of the production department.
Ensure the implementation of production plans, in accordance with the established deadlines and quality requirements.
Plan and distribute tasks to employees, ensuring effective work organization.
Monitor the progress of production, promptly resolve emerging problems and eliminate disruptions.
Ensure compliance with production technologies, quality standards and occupational safety requirements.
Control the effective use of materials, equipment and other production resources.
Monitor production efficiency, productivity and quality indicators, initiate improvement actions.
Organize training of new employees, develop and motivate the team.
Ensure work discipline and constructive cooperation in the team.
Cooperate with other departments to achieve a smooth production process and common company goals.
