We are looking for a colleague who enjoys communicating with people, finding out their needs and helping them choose the right furniture. We offer a fixed salary, additional bonuses for sales results and support from colleagues when getting involved in the work.
You will work in a spacious, approximately 1,200 m² furniture showroom in Žalioji galerija, URMO shopping center. Here, customers can see a wide selection of upholstered and cabinet furniture in person, and you can offer the most suitable solution for their home.
Workplace: Pramonės pr. 14, Kaunas, Žalioji galerija.

Fixed salary and sales bonuses
Fixed salary – €1,850 per month before taxes, approximately €1,200 in cash.
The fixed part is paid for the entire working time rate and does not depend on the sales amount achieved. This provides stability at the beginning, while you get to know the furniture and the work procedure.
We additionally pay bonuses for personal sales results. We do not limit the amount of bonuses, and we discuss the specific system for calculating them and examples of earnings during the first interview.

What will you do tomorrow:
- You will consult with salon clients, find out their needs, help them choose furniture and complete the purchase.
- You will present furniture designs, functions, materials and possible options using the exhibition, catalogues and online store.
- You will fill and administer customer orders, clarify information and coordinate issues with office and warehouse colleagues.
- You will work with the cash register, order documents and leasing applications.
- You will issue goods to customers and take care of a neat, attractive salon exhibition.
What to expect:
- Sales or customer consulting experience and a desire to achieve good results.
- Ability to listen to the client, clearly present the offer and help make a decision.
- Responsibility and attentiveness – not only sales are important to us, but also a correctly completed and maintained order.
- Everyday computer skills: using the website, documents and tables.
Experience in furniture sales is a great advantage. We will also value experience working with kitchen furniture.
If you have not worked in the furniture industry yet, but have sales experience and are willing to learn, we invite you to apply – we will introduce you to the range and work procedures.
Work schedule:
Full-time work, six days a week, including weekends. One day off is given on weekdays - we can arrange its choice individually.
Normal schedule:
We receive the most customers on weekends, so this is an important part of our salon's work and additional earnings.
If necessary, it is possible to agree on an earlier start and end of weekend work - finish work on Saturday at 15:00, and on Sunday at 14:00.

- Monday: 9:30–17:00.
- Tuesday–Thursday: 10:30–18:00.
- Friday: day off.
- Saturday: 9:00–16:00 or, by prior arrangement, 8:00–15:00.
- Sunday: 9:00–15:00 or, by prior arrangement, 8:00–14:00.
We receive the most customers on weekends, so this is an important part of our salon's work and additional earnings.
