“Mano sofa” is looking for someone who can help customers find furniture and interior solutions that suit their life, space and style.
This is a position for someone who values aesthetics, who loves quality communication and understands that a good consultant first listens, notices and advises.
If you have experience in interior design, furniture, architecture, design, beauty, cosmetics, fashion or other aesthetic fields, we would be interested in meeting you.

If you have experience in interior design, furniture, architecture, design, beauty, cosmetics, fashion or other aesthetic fields, we would be interested in meeting you.
Your working day:
- Consulting. You will communicate with clients, find out their needs and help them choose the right furniture and interior solutions;
- Sales. You will prepare offers, administer orders, invoices and accompany the client from the first conversation to the final decision;
- Design world. You will maintain contact with architects and interior designers, present collection news and consult their clients;
- Aesthetics. You will take care of the showroom's exposition and environment, where every detail is important;
- Creativity. You will contribute to designer breakfasts, book presentations, tastings and other organized events;
- Ideas. You will contribute to marketing and communication and have space for your ideas.
What kind of person are we looking for?
It is important to us that you:
- Have customer service and/or sales experience;
- Know how to communicate professionally and build relationships with customers;
- Have a sense of aesthetics and are interested in beauty, interior design, fashion or architecture;
- Are able to understand the client's needs and offer them the right solution;
- Are responsible, meticulous and attentive to details;
- Have initiative and are not afraid to offer your own ideas;
- Want to learn and delve into the world of interior design;
- Work in furniture or interior design experience is a great advantage;
- Knowledge of Canva (or similar programs), foreign languages (English, Russian) and experience in organizing events is an advantage.

- Motivating salary from €1000 in hand + bonuses based on sales results;
- Work-rest balance: 4–5 days a week (working hours 10:00–18:00, Saturdays 10:00–16:00);
