Furniture showroom manager in Klaipėda

Your role in our team:
🔹 Customer consulting and furniture sales – you will help customers find the perfect furniture, advise on style, colors, fabrics and ergonomics,
🔹 Cooperation with interior designers and architects – search for new partners, develop relationships and coordinate joint projects.
🔹 Working with real estate developers, public projects, companies by submitting proposals,
🔹 Marketing and sales ideas – if you have creative ideas on how to attract more customers, we will provide space for them to be implemented!
🔹 You will constantly deepen your knowledge of furniture production, design, sales psychology and e-commerce,
🔹 Salon maintenance – you will ensure that the exhibition is attractive, tidy and conveniently arranged.

What we expect from you:
✅ You are studying or interested in interior design, marketing, e-commerce or furniture production – this is a big advantage!
✅ You have experience in sales (in the field of furniture and interior – an advantage, but not a necessity),
✅ You are communicative and able to build relationships with customers – not only sales are important to us, but also a pleasant experience for the customer,
✅ You know how to work with a computer and learn new programs quickly,
✅ You know Lithuanian (knowledge of other languages – a big advantage),
✅ You are proactive, responsible and result-oriented.
✅ Possibility to work part-time.
