Furniture assembler - installer

Furniture assembly in facilities: we work in public spaces (offices, shops, hotels) and private homes (houses, apartments).
Production processes: we periodically contribute to the assembly and preparation of furniture in production.
Business trips: projects take place not only in Lithuania, but also in foreign countries.
Responsibility: high-quality and timely implementation of projects according to drawings.

No experience is necessary: we are looking for people who want to work - we will professionally teach you everything you need over time.
Reading drawings (advantage): the ability to understand furniture assembly diagrams would be a great advantage, but not a prerequisite for starting.
Mobility: readiness to go on business trips abroad and work at various facilities in Lithuania.
Personal qualities: responsibility, diligence and a desire to learn and improve.
Result orientation: the ability to work efficiently, because the pace and quality of your work directly determine the amount of earnings.
Driver's license (advantage): Category B would be an advantage for traveling to facilities.

1500-2500 €/mon. net
Earnings for results: we do not pay for hours spent at work, but for the work actually performed – each piece of furniture has a set assembly price.
You regulate your salary yourself: the faster and better you work, the higher your monthly earnings (there is no earnings ceiling).
Motivational system: this is an ideal option for those who want to see a direct connection between their efforts and the replenishment of their account.
Extras for abroad: additional extras and daily allowances apply when working on objects in foreign countries.
