Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development of the uDrop parcel locker network from the search for potential locations to the installation of the parcel locker.
- Search for potential locations for parcel lockers, establish contact with area managers, present cooperation opportunities and seek mutually beneficial agreements.
- Analyze the efficiency of the network and provide suggestions for its improvement.
- Coordinate communication between our team and partners.
- Assist team members with daily tasks and other projects.
- Ensure a smooth process of connecting and adapting new partners.
- Cooperate with partners in solving current tasks.
What to expect:
A communicative, organized, proactive and responsible team member who is able to remain professional even in the most difficult situations.
- Have experience in sales, business development or partner attraction.
- Know how to present a proposal, argue its benefits and reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Be able to establish and maintain contact with existing and potential partners, maintain relationships and seek long-term cooperation.
- You speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English.
- Have a driver's license and a car.
- Have experience in project coordination.
- Able to coordinate several different projects simultaneously.
- Able to analyze information and make data-based decisions.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Understand the importance of deadlines and be able to ensure timely completion of work.
- Take initiative, notice problems and suggest solutions.
- You value respectful and friendly communication and are able to maintain positive communication within the team.
