If you are looking for a stable job, get ready to join our team in Vilnius as a Bank Card Reader Technician! As a Bank Card Reader Technician, you will work with a great team that will support you and help you complete your tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot bank card readers according to established procedures
  • Prepare POS (payment) terminals and documentation related to the work performed
  • Effectively plan daily routes for performing tasks
  • Consult customers by phone and resolve issues that can be resolved remotely
  • Install, configure and maintain POS (payment) terminals at the customer's premises or remotely
  • Conduct customer training on the use of POS (payment) terminals
  • Perform tasks related to customer requests in a timely and high-quality manner

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service
  • Category B driver's license
  • Experience in IT or POS terminal/cash register maintenance is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (verbal and written)
  • Fluency in Russian and English is an advantage
  • Good problem-solving, communication and customer service skills
  • Responsible approach to work, reliability and diligence
