Nature of work:
- Organizing the preparation of conference and event spaces and coordinating team work, ensuring the highest quality standards;
- Effective organization of team work and close cooperation with other departments (kitchen, restaurant, sales team);
- Coordination of catering and high-level customer service during events;
- Ensuring the smooth running of events, prompt situation management and professional problem solving;
- Monitoring customer experience, collecting feedback and providing suggestions for improving the quality of services;
- Planning employee work schedules, achieving effective team work and a high level of service.
Employee requirements:
- Higher or higher education (in administration, tourism, hotel management, business management or similar field);
- Experience working in a conference center, hotel or event organization company is a great advantage;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian, English (verbal and written), other foreign languages are an advantage;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Organizational skills and the ability to plan time and work in a team;
- Quick response and problem solving;
- Flexibility in terms of working hours (sometimes events take place in the evenings or on weekends).
