Description:
We are looking for a dedicated barista who will produce high quality coffee beverages and ensure a pleasant experience for customers. Candidates without prior experience are welcome, full training will be provided. Good spoken Lithuanian is required for customer communication. The role includes preparing coffee, serving customers, and maintaining coffee equipment.
Key duties:

• Prepare espresso-based drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, etc.) according to standards.
  
• Take orders, advise customers on products, and make recommendations.
  
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the espresso machine, grinder, and workstation.
  
• Prepare other beverages (tea, cold drinks) and simple snacks if needed.
  
• Operate the POS system, accept payments, and manage inventory.
  

Comply with hygiene and food safety requirements.
Requirements:
Willingness to learn; previous barista experience or coffee-making skills are an advantage but not required.

• Good spoken Lithuanian for customer communication (required).
  
• Precision, consistency, and attention to quality.
  
• Good communication skills and customer orientation.
  
• Ability to work at a fast pace and follow standards.
  
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends).
