What are you going to do?
- Prepare espresso, milk and other coffee drinks.
- Communicate with guests and help them choose.
- Work with the cash register, take and place orders.
- Maintain the order, cleanliness and preparation of the bar.
- Learn about coffee, its taste and different preparation methods.
- Together with the team, you will make sure that the guest wants to come back.
What do we expect from you?
- Looking for long-term, not seasonal, work.
- You are responsible, punctual and keep agreements.
- You enjoy communicating with people.
- You want to learn and are able to accept feedback.
- You value order, quality and teamwork.
- Can work 30-40 hours a week and part of the weekends.
What do we offer?
- €1,200–1,650 gross per month, working full-time.
- After a 3-month probationary period, we will discuss your results and review your salary.
- 0.75–1 full-time work load.
- Work schedule, drawn up approximately a month in advance.

Working hours
Cafe opening hours:
Monday–Friday: 7:00–20:00;
Saturday–Sunday: 8:00–19:00.
Shift work, for example:
Morning shift – 6:30–14:00;
Afternoon shift – 14:00–20:30.
Preparation before opening and cleaning after closing are included in working hours and are paid.
