Nature of work
- Serving guests and taking care of their comfort in the hotel lobby bar;
- Delivering and selling food and beverages according to the needs of visitors;
- Preparing hot and cold drinks, serving food and beverages to guests;
- Working with the cash register and carefully keeping records of cash transactions;
- Maintaining order in the bar and hall;
- Working on a rotating schedule in shifts, 0.5-0.75 part-time.
Employee requirements
- Ability and desire to communicate with guests in a pleasant manner and make them feel welcome;
- Work experience in the service field is essential;
- Knowledge of making coffee (an advantage);
- Good spoken English and Lithuanian language skills;
- Ability to manage stressful situations independently;
- Willingness to improve and learn;
- Excellent collaboration skills.
