The salary is constantly reviewed and based on knowledge and experience.
Always paid on time. Starting hourly rate: 8/eur excluding taxes during the probationary period while training is underway, then increases by 1 eur/hour. If you start working with experience and skills, the salary is negotiated individually.

TASTE MAP COFFEE ROASTERS has been roasting coffee since 2012, and under the name of UAB Agerosa, we started operating cafes in 2015 by opening a specialty coffee place at M.K.Čiurlionio g.8. Every day we strive to roast and prepare the highest quality coffee and food for our customers.
Since 2012, we have been participating in coffee preparation, drawing, and tasting championships every year. Our team members are multiple winners of different Lithuanian championships and participants in world championships. In 2016, we organized the first Aeropress Championship in Lithuania. In February 2026, we won the Lithuanian Barista Championship.
We work with the highest level of coffee preparation equipment. We strive to keep the bar for coffee preparation and service quality high and constantly improve. We are looking for like-minded people, employees who see a long-term perspective in barista work and service.
We are a family business, quality, relationships with employees, customers and team spirit are very important to us and are the basis of everything. We are creating a long-term, sustainable business that we love and grow. We currently have 5 cafes:
