BARISTA - CHOCOLATE SELLER, 0.5-0.75 full-time

Our team’s most important mission is to create a memorable experience for every guest. From coffee preparation to service, you will play a key role in ensuring thoughtful, high-quality hospitality in a dynamic café environment. We are looking for team members who are attentive to detail, adaptable and willing to share their knowledge of coffee and chocolate.

Coffee Preparation and Product Knowledge

Prepare high-quality beverages (espresso and filter coffee, tea, etc.) accurately and consistently;
Delve into the diversity of the product range and effectively convey its nuances to guests;
Constantly maintain the chocolate and dessert display, ensuring that everything looks as attractive as it tastes;
Monitor product leftovers, expiration dates and merchandise appearance;
Be able to manage a high flow of guests while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Hospitality and Guest Service

Advise and recommend options to both regular guests and first-time visitors;
Provide a warm and welcoming experience for each guest.

Maintenance and Cleanliness

Maintain a clean and tidy café, including the bar, guest areas and café entrances;
Clean and maintain all coffee making and other equipment to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.

Is curious, sincerely interested in coffee and chocolate;
Is helpful, strives to offer an exceptional service and taste experience;
Is able to stay focused and work effectively in a dynamic environment;
Pays great attention to details and cleanliness;
Is able to stay on their feet for long periods of time;
Is punctual, responsible and honest;
Speaks Lithuanian fluently;
Is of legal age and is looking for long-term employment;
At least minimal coffee preparation experience would be a great advantage.
