BARISTA | KITCHEN COFFEE | VILNIUS OLD TOWN
We are looking for a barista to join the Kitchen Coffee team in Vilnius Old Town.
We care about good coffee, friendly and natural communication with guests, and keeping the workspace clean and organized. We are looking for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and wants to be part of a young, friendly, international team.
YOUR DAILY TASKS

YOUR DAILY TASKS
- Preparing coffee and other drinks
- Taking orders and communicating with guests
- Making sure guests receive friendly and attentive service
- Keeping the bar and workspace clean and organized
- Working together with the kitchen and floor team
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Previous barista experience and coffee preparation skills
- Lithuanian and English languages are required
- Responsibility and punctuality
- Friendly and natural communication with guests
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to cleanliness and order
- Interest in coffee and willingness to improve your skills

- Salary from €10/hour gross + bonuses
- Morning shifts: 8:30–18:30
