Barista

☕ JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a barista who is not afraid of a coffee machine, customer traffic and a weekend when everyone in Vilnius suddenly decides they need matcha. 😄

Your day in Backstage:
prepare specialty coffee, matcha and other drinks;
communicate with customers and help them choose;
maintain order in the bar and make sure that even during the greatest chaos we know what is happening;
work in a team and help colleagues when needed;
and most importantly - not get lost when we receive 15 orders at a time. 👀

You will never be left alone to save the whole Backstage. 😄 You will always work with a colleague nearby, and before you start opening or closing the cafe on your own, you will receive normal training and be sure that you know what and how to do it.

👀 WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

You are responsible and can make decisions independently.
You know how to communicate with people and you are not afraid to ask: "How about dessert?"
You are fast, organized and know how to keep a cool head even when the coffee machine is already working overtime.
Experience working as a barista is a big plus, but even more important is the desire to learn and work in a team.
You are a person who cares not only about "my job", but also about the whole team getting along well.
