Bartender

Classic cocktail bar "TOSTAI" in Klaipėda, in the heart of the Old Town, is looking for a team reinforcement in the service area. A head bartender with experience is required.

Job description:

Ensuring smooth bar work;

Ensuring professional and high-quality customer service;

Controlling bar goods orders, etc.;

Working on weekends and in the evenings;

Preparing cocktails and other drinks according to bar standards;

Organizing and controlling the work of bar staff;

Knowledge of the range of drinks;

Knowledge of cocktails;

Ensuring order and cleanliness of the bar.

Ability to work weekends (Friday and Saturday);

Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and other drinks;

Honesty, responsibility and initiative;

Helpfulness and sociability;

Knowledge of etiquette and service;

Willingness to learn and improve;

Knowledge of bartender functions;

Quick grasp of situations;

Experience in this field of work;

Staff work organization skills.

6.50-7.50 €/hour net
Salary depends on experience.
