Nature of work
Guest service and communication:
Attentive and friendly greeting of guests at the bar.
Presentation of the menu, assistance in choosing drinks, recommendations according to the guest's taste.
Taking orders and their fast, high-quality execution.
Preparation and serving of drinks:
Mixing classic and signature cocktails according to established recipes and technologies.
Serving draft and bottled beer, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks.
Preparing coffee, tea and other hot drinks.
Maintenance of the bar area and workplace:
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the bar area, on countertops and production surfaces.
Washing, polishing and preparing glasses, stemware and tools for use.
Preparing ingredients before the shift (prep work: ice, cutting fruit, decorations, syrups).
Inventory and financial management:
Accepting payments (cash and card) and managing the cash register.
Monitoring bar balances, registering and ordering missing drinks or ingredients.

Knowledge of basic alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, their types and combinations.
Knowledge of classic cocktail recipes.
Knowledge of prep work (syrups, garnishes).
Management of cash registers and POS systems:
Ability to quickly and accurately accept payments (by card, cash), manage cash transactions.
Compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards:
Knowledge and application of food safety and sanitation requirements in the workplace.

Excellent communication skills:
Emotional intelligence, ability to create a pleasant atmosphere, greet guests and listen to them.
Ability to manage conflict or difficult situations with intoxicated or dissatisfied customers.
Stress management and speed:
Ability to work efficiently and without errors during high-intensity (peak) hours.
Responsibility and integrity:
Accurate rationing of ingredients (pour control), responsibility for the cash register and bar inventory.
Teamwork:
Smooth cooperation with other bartenders, waiters and kitchen staff.
