Nature of work
- Professional and sincere communication with customers, their service
- Preparation of cocktails, other drinks and snacks, according to approved technological cards
- Ability to recommend drinks suitable for dishes to customers
- Calculation of bar balances, ordering of goods, inventory
- Maintaining order and aesthetics in the bar (assortment, display case, workplace)
- Working with the cash register and sales documentation
- Continuous cooperation with the head bartender and the entire team
Requirements
- Smile
- Experience in customer service
- Initiative, helpfulness, politeness, punctuality
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to maintain a good atmosphere
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills, English language knowledge - at least B1 level
- Positive attitude and professional ethics
- Knowledge of mixology: cocktail techniques, decoration, drink matching - your advantage

- Salary from 1800 Eur/month before taxes and up to 10% variable part, depending on the performance of indicators. The specific salary is offered taking into account your real experience and competencies
