We are looking for an energetic, friendly and passionate bartender who wants to work not only in the bar, but also create an experience for our guests.

What do we expect from you:
- At least 1 year of experience working behind the bar;
- Ability to prepare classic cocktails and serve drinks with quality;
- Responsible work with the cash register;
- Friendly, professional communication with guests;
- Ability to work quickly, organized and in a team;
- Tidiness and attention to detail;
- Willingness to be interested in innovations and learn - you will have to create cocktails for the menu;
- Lithuanian and English (other languages are a big advantage).
What are you going to do:
- You will prepare drinks and ensure the smooth operation of the bar;
- You will communicate with guests and create a cozy atmosphere;
- You will work not only in the bar, but also at private events (weddings, corporate parties, etc.);
- You will supervise the order of the bar, the quality of products and the workplace;
- You will take care of replenishment of goods and inventory;
- You will help the team when it is needed most;
- You will create and test new cocktails on the menu.

Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius City Centre is the first Hilton hotel in the Lithuanian capital. The hotel is located in a prime location on the main street of Vilnius - Gedimino Avenue, stretching between the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania and the historic Lukiškės Square.
The hotel, with its modern design and architecture, opened its doors in July 2019 and features 164 spacious guest rooms, 150 sq m of conference space, an open and cozy lobby, the Nostrum restaurant, the 24-hour The Shop, and a fitness center.
