Your main responsibilities:
Ensure effective management of production processes and high production quality.
Coordinate and adjust the parameters of production equipment, ensuring a smooth technological process.
Analyze production results, propose process optimization solutions.
Cooperate closely with other departments, solving technical, production technological, production quality, human resources and other issues related to the bar's activities.
Participate in the development of new products, the implementation of innovations and the launch of production.

What we expect from you:
Higher technical or engineering education (advantage – textile technology).
Experience in the field of yarn, fabric weaving and warp shaft production.
Good knowledge of English (verbal and written).
