Nature of work and responsibilities

Restaurant HBH Palanga is looking for a bar and kitchen manager who would be able to build a team, develop new products and ensure high quality in both the kitchen and the bar.
  • Creating menus and new dishes.
  • Preparing banquet and event proposals.
  • Analyzing suppliers and products.
  • Controlling the cost of the kitchen and bar.
  • Organizing team work.
  • Maintaining orders, warehouse and leftovers.
  • Developing new ideas and projects.

Employee requirements

  • Work experience in the catering industry as a kitchen/bar manager for at least 2 years is required.
  • Good team skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Impeccable conflict management.
  • Ability to work and organize team work well.
